President

Dan Majestic

Dan is the president of Rogers Pools. Dan’s passions are rooted in strong customer service and high quality and performance. Dan also manages a rental property business at Ball State University. Dan graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania where he met his wife, Melissa. Dan has been married to Melissa for 30 years. Dan and Melissa live in Fishers, IN and have 3 wonderful children: Sarah (28 years old), Daniel (26 years old), Maria (23 years old). Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with friends and family, grilling, cheering on Pittsburgh sports teams, and playing with his family’s 2 dogs.  

Vice President

Daniel Majestic

Daniel is the Vice President of Rogers Pool Supply. He graduated from Ball State in 2018. Daniel oversees the sales, marketing, and operations of Rogers Pool Supply. He has a wealth of knowledge in the pool industy and has been involved in over 600 new pool projects. In his free time, Daniel likes to travel, golf, and anything water! He lives downtown Indianapolis with his dog Fletcher, he is a mini goldendoodle! 

Sales Representative

Doug Keith

Doug is an Eagle scout with over 10 years’ experience in the pool industry doing service, repair work, new builds and custom concrete. Doug has a wealth of knowledge in water chemistry and pool equipment.  

After graduating from Bishop Chatard high school, Doug joined the U.S Army Reserve where he spent 8 years as the unit armorer and small arms repairer. While working part time, Doug earned his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from IUPUI.

Kristy Childers

My name is Kristy Childers, I have worked with Rogers Pools for 3 years. I worked for the Kroger Corporate Office for 30 plus years. I have 3 daughters, 9 Grandkids + 3 who married into the family and 9 Great Grandkids.   For a total of 21 Grand & Great together.  My husband passed away 7 years ago. We were together 53 years including when we started dating. 

I am not a drinker but I love going out to listen to music and dance – main hangout is “The Corner Bar” on Meridian Street. My son-in-law Phil Pierle plays music and I go listen to him quite often.  I still meet with some of my High School friends for lunch & dinner and at yearly reunions.

Kathy Jackson

My name is Kathy Jackson, I have worked for Rogers Pools for 15 years. I come from a large family, 4 sisters, 1 brother and 12 nieces and nephews. I have 2 children, daughter Dana and son Brian. I enjoy sitting on my back porch in the summer reading. Kathy handles the account payable here at Rogers Pools. She lives on the southside of Indianapolis.
